Chat disclaimers & nested URLs now available.

Chat disclaimers

Dealers can now configure a disclaimer that shoppers must accept before sending their first chat message. When enabled, a disclaimer box appears when a shopper opens the chat widget, and conversation does not begin until confirmed. The disclaimer text comes from your existing chat disclaimer field.

What this includes:

• A new chat setting to enable or disable the disclaimer requirement
• A disclaimer box that displays your existing disclaimer text
• Shopper must confirm before sending any messages

Nested URL paths

You can now set page URLs with multiple segments directly in the CMS editor. Previously, only flat top-level slugs were supported. This applies to CMS pages only—blog pages, collections, and default pages continue to use their existing URL structures.

The platform validates format automatically and enforces lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens, and forward slashes. Pages migrated from a dealer's previous site now map correctly without requiring manual slug cleanup.

Hero video tint control

You can now use a slider in Admin to set exactly how much tint overlay is applied to your hero section videos. The tint level was previously fixed, and a number of dealers found it made videos too dark. With the new control, you can reduce or increase the overlay directly without opening a support request or waiting for an implementation change.

Improvements

• Chat conversations are now included when leads are sent to your CRM. Trade-in, pre-qualification, and service scheduling leads now have full chat history and session details attached, so your team has context on every inquiry.
• Blog post cover images now stay in their original proportions. Previously, images were always cropped to fill the space. Now you can choose whether to fill the container or preserve the aspect ratio so images don't get cut off.
• Custom forms can now route to different destinations in your CRM based on lead type. Each form has a dropdown to choose which CRM queue or destination it sends to, so you can organize leads by type instead of sending everything to one place.
• Double components in the page editor now have an AI image generation option, matching what's available in other content blocks. Quickly enhance your layouts without leaving the editor.
• Broken redirect links now get caught immediately. When you save a redirect to a page that doesn't exist, Admin alerts you right away.

Fixes

• Transparent PNG images in Combo elements no longer show the site theme background color behind the transparent areas. The element's image container was applying a background fill color that showed through transparent regions of the images
